we can’t help it, we love to give.
here is a ten year old song, written and recorded near the end of the 90s. remember the 90s? they say that if you can, then you were totally there. big whoop.
it was featured on a cassette only release titled ‘cat fur coat’. it’s called “love is like…” and instead of the blanket or warm puppy comparison, i seem to remember it having something to do with exploding motorcycles.
we hope you dig.
oh, hello!
we’re going to give you something for free. right now! it’s a song of mine called ‘horizontal hold’ and it is off of a cassette only release from 1999 called ‘cat fur coat’. it’s a short one and near the end you can hear my old cat brian’s (RIP) scream of disapproval. if i remember correctly, this one is about dawson’s creek..but what song isn’t?
i hope you like it.

hello, how have you been?
it’s been a little bit since this blog has been updated and i feel so bad about that, that i must give you something for free. this free download is a live version of “with renewed vigor, a stratagem for escape is formulated and subsequently put into action” from the rpm challenge album, “hold on whoever you are”. this was recorded last april at WEXT studios. donna sings and tim koch plays percussion and sings.
i hope you like it!
stay tuned for new scientific maps releases information.
see you soon,
-aaron
here i go giving you free things again.
this tune is a short sad one that hasn’t made it to any official scientific maps release yet. it’s called ‘constuction begins’. this recording comes from a visit donna and i made to WEXT last year. i think it was our first radio interview together and i was a little more than nervous, asking to re-do songs and basically driving donna mad. this song normally has a swear in it but we edited that out for radio…so you can blast it at work or school. wherever you prefer to blast it.
ok! thanks for listening.
